THE IDEA: Speak to small business owners, show empathy, understanding their concerns and offer a helping hand to market their business.

THE IDEA: Take a negative and turn it into a positive — the PA Lottery made the Super 7 game harder to win by reducing the amount of numbers to chose from. So play up the fact there is now a bigger jackpot and few numbers to worry about picking. Note: by making the game harder to win the payout or jackpots increased dramatically.

THE IDEA: Take the name of the store and make that as the introduction. It should always start with sound of a Doorbell. The sound serves two functions — causes the viewer to look up pay attention to the advertising message as well as invokes a warm welcome feeling.

THE IDEA: The Daily Number game offers the option to buy your tickets as "Boxed" meaning no matter what order your numbers come up you still have a chance to win. So by creating a POV walk through scenario where you actually see the same 3 numbers being changed in order helps to illustrate the benefit of "boxing" your numbers.

THE IDEA: Create a humorous reminder of the consequences of not playing their Daily Numbers every day with a point of view walk through, coming home, running through the list of things to do just as the Lottery results are being announces LIVE on TV.

THE IDEA: Establish a scene straight out of a Western movie complete with campfire, and cowboy while voice over describes Cash Rewards scratch off game. Final reveal location a suburban backyard at night. The point of sale poster shown at very end emerging out of fire like a phoenix bird reborn and reveals lottery logo.
